US Shipping & Warehouse Dispatch Policy

1-Day Priority Dispatch Window

All orders completed through the official dispensary before 2:00 PM EST are packaged and submitted to carriers on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or over weekends dispatch on the immediate next business day.

Carriers & Delivery Timelines

Domestic shipments are dispatched via United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail) or UPS Ground depending on geographic destination:

• Standard Domestic Transit Time: 2 to 4 business days across the contiguous 48 states.
• Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: 4 to 7 business days via USPS Priority.
• APO/FPO Military Addresses: Shipped via standard military postal channels.

Discreet Climate-Shield Packaging

Every shipment is packed in plain, unmarked cardboard mailers with reinforced internal thermal barriers. This ensures complete discretion while shielding the sensitive botanical amino acids from extreme outdoor temperatures during transit.
